Labor to Upgrade Green Space in South Barwon

A re-elected Andrews Labor Government will deliver upgrades to Moriac Greenfields Reserve – improving green spaces for families in South Barwon.

Labor will fund $470,000 towards providing an important link to Hendy Main Road, completing the second stage of the Moriac Greenfields Reserve Priority Trail and Connections project.

This includes building the necessary boardwalk and drainage along Hendy Main Road.

Labor will also complete the gravel paths and trail along Greenfields Reserve.

Funding will build a bridge crossing on the gravel path, providing a key connection to pathways created in Stage One of the community-led initiative.

Only a re-elected Labor Government will back the community organisations that keep our public green spaces strong – because only Labor will do what matters.
