Delivering A Safer Fletcher Road in Frankston

A re-elected Andrews Labor Government will deliver a safer Fletcher Road in Frankston for road users, cyclists and pedestrians in Frankston.

We’ll invest $1 million to install pedestrian operated signals at Fletcher Road Frankston, near the Frankston Magistrates’ Court.

Since coming to government, we’ve invested more than $35 billion in our road network, including completing upgrades at Golf Links Road and getting on with delivering upgrades at Hall Road. We’re making local roads safer by increasing signage – making hazards and speed limits clearer, so families, children and our elderly are safer on our roads.

Victorians know how important it is to have safe and reliable roads. That’s why we’ve made record investments to expand our road network and deliver important improvements, making our roads safer for drivers and pedestrians.

Better yet – these investments have created thousands of Victorian jobs, backing workers and strengthening our economy.

When it comes to creating jobs and building much-needed infrastructure, Matthew Guy’s Liberals can’t be trusted. They’ve already promised to “audit” much-needed local investments – Liberal code for cuts and closures.

Only a re-elected Labor Government will keep building to get Victorians home sooner and safer – because only Labor will do what matters.
