Better Facilities for Ivanhoe Bowling Club
Bowls players in Ivanhoe will enjoy new facilities at the Ivanhoe Bowling Club, thanks to a re-elected Andrews Labor Government.
We’ll invest $350,000 to upgrade the changerooms at the Ivanhoe Bowling Club, so that players and supporters can be more comfortable when playing the game they love.
Community sport is the lifeblood of so many suburbs, bringing families together through a shared love of sport.
Local clubs work hard to fundraise for better facilities for their teams, but as more people struggle to make ends meet clubs may not be able to rely on the generosity of their members.
That’s why the Labor Government is backing local sports clubs and families to deliver better sports grounds and facilities.
We have invested more than $1.6 billion to upgrade and improve local recreation reserves and sports grounds – making them better for local families.
We’ve delivered better courts and grounds, new scoreboards, lighting upgrades and changing facilities for clubs in every corner of the state.
Only Labor will deliver better sporting facilities for Ivanhoe, looking after the needs of local families and allowing everybody the chance to participate in the sports they love.
