IMPROVING SPRINGVALE RESERVE

A re-elected Andrews Labor Government will deliver a major upgrade to Springvale Reserve, creating better sporting facilities the whole community can be proud of.

We’ll invest up to $2 million towards an upgrade of Springvale Reserve – which will include an upgraded football oval and cricket nets.

Home to the Springvale Cricket Club and Springvale Districts Football Club, an upgraded Springvale Reserve will encourage more people in the community to get out and active.

Local sport is the lifeblood of communities in Springvale, bringing people and their families together.

That’s why Labor is backing our sports clubs, delivering better sports grounds and facilities.

We’ve invested more than $1.6 billion to upgrade and improve recreation reserves and sports grounds across Victoria.

That’s better courts and grounds, new scoreboards, lighting upgrades and changing facilities for clubs in every corner of the state – but there’s more to do.
