A Stronger Embrace Education in Oakleigh

A re-elected Andrews Labor Government will support Embrace Education to continue supporting disadvantaged high school students with free tutoring and educational support.

We’ll provide a $50,000 grant to help them provide students from refugee, asylum seeker, recent migrant, and low socioeconomic backgrounds free tutoring.  

Funding from a re-elected Labor Government will make sure they are well-equipped to continue to help local families and young people – ensuring every Victorian gets the support they need when they need it.

It builds on the massive investments in community support the Labor Government has already delivered, ensuring neighbourhoods have accessible wellbeing and support services close to home.

In sharp contrast, when it comes to delivering the vital support that people in our community rely on, the Liberals can’t be trusted. Instead, their policy of cuts and closures would leave locals behind.
