A re-elected Andrews Labor Government will support Fishcare Victoria to keep promoting responsible fishing practices across the state.

We’ll provide a $100,000 grant to ensure they can continue to shape the sustainable future of recreational fishing.

For years, Fishcare Victoria’s staff and volunteers have promoted responsible approaches to fishing and encouraged the community to share in the care and management of our precious marine environment. Their educational programs have helped children and their families get involved in the sport of fishing in a safe and sustainable way.
