A New Community Garden for the Brooklyn Community

A re-elected Andrews Labor Government will support the development of a new community garden for residents in Brooklyn.

We’ll invest $250,000 towards establishing this much needed local asset, creating a new shared space for locals, and supporting the Patch in the Park Community Garden Group.

Community gardens provide a space for locals of all ages and backgrounds to connect and share their love of gardening.

The new Brooklyn community garden will enable residents to grow food or other plants, learn new skills and find new friendships.

Labor is doing what matters – delivering the local spaces that our community need.
